Mooday is a small, independent team. This page is the right place to reach us for any support, privacy, billing, or legal question. We read every message and do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
1. General Support
For questions, bug reports, or feature feedback, email us at admin@mooday.app.
Please include a brief description of your question or issue, the device and OS version you are using, and your account email address if you have one. This helps us respond faster.
2. Expected Response Time
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. During busy periods or public holidays it may take a little longer. If you have not heard back within five business days, please send a follow-up to the same address.
3. Privacy Requests
For questions about how we collect, use, or store your data - including requests to access, correct, or export your personal information - email admin@mooday.app with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

4. Account & Data Deletion
To request the permanent deletion of your Mooday account and all associated data, email admin@mooday.app with "Deletion Request" in the subject line. Include the email address linked to your account.
We will process your request and confirm completion. Please see our Account & Data Deletion page for details of what is deleted and the timelines that apply.
5. Refunds & Premium Access
For billing questions, refund requests, or issues with Premium access, email admin@mooday.app with "Billing" in the subject line.
Please note that purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's refund policies. We will do our best to assist, but refunds for in-app purchases are ultimately processed by Apple or Google.

6. App Store Review Contact
If you are reviewing Mooday for the App Store or Google Play and need to reach us directly, email admin@mooday.app with "App Review" in the subject line. We will respond as a priority.
